RosCar Romania is a car rental aggregator that connects customers with international and local car rental companies in Romania. We help users compare offers and submit booking requests for vehicles available at airports, city locations, and hotel delivery points. The rental agreement itself is provided by the selected car rental company.
1. Our Service
RosCar Romania provides an online platform where customers can search, compare, and book rental cars from third party suppliers. We are not always the direct rental provider. In most cases, the vehicle rental service is fulfilled by the local or international rental company selected during the booking process.
2. Main Benefits
Depending on availability and the selected offer, our platform may provide the following benefits:

- Unlimited mileage
- Free cancellation
These benefits depend on the specific vehicle, rental company, location, travel dates, and rate conditions shown at the time of booking.
3. Booking Process
To book a car through RosCar Romania, the customer must complete the following steps:
- Choose the rental location and return location
- Select the rental dates and times
- Choose the preferred vehicle type
- Select additional options, if available, such as no deposit, no credit card, insurance, or child seat
- Provide the main driver contact details
- Confirm the booking by paying 15% to 20% of the total booking amount
After the booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a voucher by email with booking instructions and the contact details of the rental company.
4. Pick Up and Delivery Options
Vehicles may be available for pick up at airports, city offices, or through delivery to a hotel or city address, depending on the supplier and the selected offer. Delivery availability, delivery fees, and exact service conditions may vary by rental company and location.
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required prepayment has been successfully received and a confirmation voucher has been issued by email. If the requested vehicle is unavailable, RosCar Romania or the rental supplier may offer an alternative vehicle or cancel the request with a refund of the amount paid, where applicable.
6. Payments
At the time of booking, the customer pays a prepayment of 15% to 20% of the total rental amount. The remaining balance is usually paid according to the conditions of the selected rental company, either at vehicle pick up or under the terms stated in the voucher.
The final rental price may depend on selected extras, insurance, seasonal conditions, delivery services, and other options confirmed during booking.
7. No Deposit and No Credit Card Options
RosCar Romania offers special rates that may allow customers to rent a car without deposit or without a credit card. These options are available only for selected vehicles and suppliers. Customers must carefully review the conditions of the chosen offer before confirming the booking.
Some rental companies may still require identification documents, a valid driving licence, and compliance with age and driving experience rules.
8. Unlimited Mileage
Unlimited mileage is available only when clearly stated in the selected vehicle offer. If unlimited mileage is not included, mileage restrictions may apply according to the rental company terms.
9. Free Cancellation
Free cancellation is available for eligible bookings if cancellation is requested within the period stated in the booking conditions. Customers should review the cancellation rules shown during the booking process and in the voucher.
If a booking does not qualify for free cancellation, cancellation charges or loss of the prepayment may apply.
10. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete personal and booking information
- Checking the booking details before payment
- Presenting a valid driving licence and any other required documents at pick up
- Complying with the age, licence, and identification requirements of the rental company
- Reading and accepting the rental company terms before receiving the vehicle
11. Rental Supplier Terms
Each car rental company has its own rental rules, insurance terms, fuel policy, mileage conditions, late return rules, and vehicle use restrictions. By completing a booking, the customer also agrees to the terms of the selected rental supplier.
In case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the supplier rental agreement, the supplier rental agreement may apply to matters related to vehicle use, insurance, liability, and pick up requirements.
12. Insurance and Extras
Additional services such as insurance coverage, child seats, extra drivers, navigation devices, or delivery services may be available during the booking process. These services may be included in the displayed rate or offered for an additional charge, depending on the selected supplier.
13. Vehicle Availability
All vehicle categories are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In some cases, the rental company may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if the originally selected model is unavailable. Bookings are made for a vehicle category unless a specific model is expressly guaranteed.
14. Refusal of Vehicle Handover
The rental company may refuse to hand over the vehicle if the customer does not meet the rental requirements, provides incorrect information, fails to present required documents, arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or otherwise breaches the supplier rules.
In such cases, refunds are subject to the cancellation and no show policies of the relevant rental company.
15. No Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive at the agreed place and time for vehicle pick up, or fails to provide the required documents, the booking may be treated as a no show. In such cases, the prepayment may be non refundable.
16. Changes to Bookings
Any request to change booking dates, vehicle type, location, or extras is subject to availability and approval by the rental supplier. Price differences may apply.
17. Liability
RosCar Romania is responsible for the operation of the website and the transmission of booking requests. We are not responsible for the direct performance of the rental service where the service is provided by a third party rental company.
We are not liable for losses arising from vehicle unavailability, supplier policy changes, travel delays, force majeure events, inaccurate customer information, or customer failure to comply with rental requirements.
18. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and for genuine rental inquiries or bookings. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with the proper operation of the platform.
19. Privacy
Personal data provided during the booking process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described there.
20. Changes to These Terms
RosCar Romania may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
